The Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) is a national award and school improvement programme that supports professional development for science subject leaders. It promotes confident, reflective leadership and improves the planning and teaching of science across the school.

Drake’s feedback stated, "It is clear from all the evidence submitted that the school community has a clear vision for science. The deliberate actions have resulted in a well-organised curriculum where learning is carefully sequenced and assessed. It also takes into account science capital opportunities.
