For World Book Day this year, Year 3 had a visit from author Rachel Guy. She shared her books with us and we got to ask her lots of questions about what it is like to be an author. Using some inspiration from Rachel, we created our own book character and fact file to write a short story. We also used some wooden blocks to draw our favourite things. We used our drawings to tell a story of our own.
