Year 3 had a fantastic Roman-themed day, visiting Colchester Castle, the site of Boudica's rebellion! They explored how Colchester changed from an Iron Age settlement to a prosperous Roman town. They worked as a team to construct a model of a Roman villa and explored the museum galleries to find out about life in Roman Britain. Year 3 travelled back 2,000 years as they ventured down into the Roman vaults beneath the castle for a story tour.
