  • Visitor for British Science Week

As part of British Science Week, Jenna from the National Education Nature Park delivered an assembly all about careers in science, inspiring pupils to think about the many different jobs scientists can do. Year 3 took part in a workshop on the 'wood wide web.' They learnt how trees are connected underground by a network of fungi called mycelium. This hidden network links tree roots together and helps keep the soil healthy.
