This September we delved into the world of Ancient Egypt at Norwich Castle. We learnt about artefacts and debated whether these should be taken to museums or whether they should stay in Egypt. We then looked at the daily life of someone from the time and mimed doing their daily chores. 

In the afternoon, we explored the process of mummification and looked at some of the mummified remains in the museum itself, including that of a cat! We then created jewellery using traditional colours that we got to take home!

We had an amazing day!
