We have loved celebrating World Bee Day this week in Reception! Bees are so important because they help pollinate flowers, plants and many of the foods we eat, helping our environment to thrive. The children enjoyed learning all about bees through a range of exciting activities, including making honey biscuits, crafting their own bees and labelling all parts of a bee in our writing areas. Everyone looked fantastic dressed as bees too - it was a wonderful day full of fun and learning!
