In English this term, the children have been working hard to improve their writing skills. They are focusing on forming letters correctly, writing on the lines and using their sound mats to help them spell words independently.

For this activity, the children made predictions about where a mysterious boat in our classroom might have come from. They shared imaginative ideas and were keen to record their thoughts in writing. The children showed great effort, creativity and growing confidence as writers. We can’t wait to find out who the boat really belongs to!
