This week in Reception, we had lots of fun combining mark making with fireworks! The children learned about Bonfire Night and how we celebrate it with colourful fireworks to remember Guy Fawkes. They created beautiful, bright pictures and noticed that some of their marks looked like letters! One child said, “This wavy one looks like a ‘s’ on the side!” and another added, “This zigzag can look like a ‘w’!”
