The Drake Diversity Team is composed of school staff, parents and pupils. Our work includes:

• developing a school culture which promotes equality, equity and self-reflective Anti-Racist Growth.
• ensuring that our school curriculum actively addresses stereotyping and inequalities, reflects the world: past, present and future, in all its diversity.
• planning and delivering projects
• giving parents, pupils and our whole community a voice and involving them in our ongoing work on Diversity and Social Justice.
