Primary Science Quality Mark is a school improvement programme for primary science, which provides professional development for subject leaders. PSQM enables confident, knowledgeable, reflective leadership, which results in an improvement in the way in which science is planned and taught across the whole school. PSQM is a national award scheme to develop and celebrate the quality of science teaching and learning in primary schools.

Drake’s feedback stated, "It is clear from all the evidence submitted that the school community has a clear vision for science. The deliberate actions have resulted in a well-organised curriculum where learning is carefully sequenced and assessed. It also takes into account science capital opportunities. A great submission and I would recommend that this school receives the PSQM award. A big well done to the whole school community for their combined efforts."
